Move handlers closer to illustration?

i wonder if can help. importing illustrator illustrations after effects.

when import illustration, handlers near illustration, illustration on canvas same size of 1 used draw in illustrator.

is there way of moving/cropping handlers surround illustration more closely?

when import, make sure that:

1. in illustrator don't have stray vectors anywhere in object layer (press ctrl+y see paths in preview mode)

2. in ae, import "layer sizer" , not "document size" when import footage or composition.

if still happening try isolate problem. happen of layers? can try uploading ai file , can take @ it.
