InDesig crashing on startup


i use indeign ily once month. today supposed on of days. on startig indesign cc2015.3, worked flawlessly few weeks ago´, crashed. re tried 5 times no avail.

 

since update cc 2017 availabe upgraded.

 

still crashing on startup.

 

checked community , tried:

1. uninstalling (deleting prefs) ad reinstalling - no avail.

2. resetting preferences (shift+ctrl+alt) on startup - no avail

3. deleting cache folder in local , roaming trees - no avail.

4. checked fonts special characters in tehir name - none found.

5. re-installed cc 2015 - started once, crashed when tried close welcome screen , keeps crashing now...

 

i need solution tomorrow. need work. unacceptable.

apologies trouble.

please share crash dump cc 2015 , cc 2017 both debug issue.

you can follow following steps generate crash dump:

1) start task manager. this, use 1 of following methods:

• right-click empty area of task bar, , click start task manager.

• press ctrl+shift+esc.

 

2) click processes tab.

3) right-click name of process want, , click create dump file.

note: if prompted administrator password or confirmation, type password or click continue.

 

a dump file process created in following folder:

drive: \users\username\appdata\local\temp

4) when receive message states dump file created, click ok.

share dump file created steps above using dropbox or other file storage , sharing system pkandari@adobe.com.

 

repeat steps above other id version crashing.

 

after that, please restart machine , try resetting preferences once again on launching  cc 2015.3 cc 2017.
