How to make a reflection ?

so let's have picture:

and want in water, instead of reflection, animal. work? if yes, can me , tell me how it?

• select area want copied, example use quick selection tool , drag across animal. hold down alt key on windows or opt key on mac when need remove portion of selection.
• when satisfied press ctrl-j on windows or cmd-j on mac copy selection new layer
• select layer in layers panel move tool (lowercase v shortcut) move copied image down want it.
• now can flip layer - {edit>transform>flip vertical}
• if necessary create mask {layer>layer mask>reveal all} new layer , using white (to reveal) , black (to hide) colors the  brush tool around edges until looks blended or use gradient on mask smoother look.
