Trouble Signing into Creative Cloud

hey everyone! i'm having difficulty logging creative cloud account on home computer. bought laptop, , works fine on there, home computer has been having problems logging in quite time.

 

when launch creative cloud loads long time , says standard "you've been signed out. unable authenticate adobe id. sign in again adobe id , password continue using adobe apps".

 

when click sign in button, it'll load right same you've been signed out screen without ever giving me chance sign on. i've tried uninstalling everything, , reinstalling it, , i'm not using programs on both computers @ same time either. have no problem launching of individual programs photoshop or indesign either, wanted update new versions...especially since i'm paying anyways. there should try can sign creative cloud?

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...

shape alpha vs layer alpha in cc library

i noticed bug or unfortunate flaw or isn't supported yet. set layer percentage of transparency if shapes overlap in layer not make dark line in overlap , faster set layer , make shapes rather make shapes , edit transparency after making each shape.   for reason shapes don't work when going illustrator photoshop, after effects or animator. reason settings layer transparency ignored shadows come out solid colors. yet if remove transparency setting on layer , re-add shape works fine.   this not big of deal normally, have thousands of graphics transparency on layer huge amount of work try , utilize them via cc library. i think 1 feature request form: illustrator feature request/bug report form More discussions in Illustrator adobe

Photoshop CC 2017 - Ruler Tool - Error 8007...

hello,   just after installed latest version , update (cc 2017), used ruler tool when clicked on [straighten layer], photoshop said "could not transform because initial bounding rectangle empty."   so, clicked on [ok] button , then...photoshop said: "error... error 8007:user cancelled operation line:222 ->     layerref.rotate( angle * 180.0 / math.pi );"   here screenshot: https://s22.postimg.org/rttfh7mwf/photoshop_error8007.png   i don't think kind of error users me, developers. so yes, apparently...there error in script, guys...         p.s : update (cc 2017) is a real disaster on windows 10 professional 64bits because after update, couldn't open, create file or open document anymore! when tried close photoshop, illustrator or program, still running in background weird reason! (task manager) i stuck , couldn't work clients!!! so, needed uninstall , reinstall everything from scratch , including creative cloud! hell goi...
