Team Project can´t be synched.

sync icons turned off , warning sign apperas beside sync settings icon @ bottom left. when mouse on warining sign message "unknown state: unknown" appears.

i sorry facing issues team projects. try unblock , take issue feedback.

 

may request quit adobe premiere pro or prelude or after effects applications (also please wait until "team projects local hub" process killed or kill manually if not terminated in couple of seconds) , rename "team projects local hub" folders @ following locations:

mac:

  1. /users/<user_name>/library/application support/adobe/common/team projects cache
  2. /users/<user_name>/library/application support/adobe/common/team projects local hub

windows:

  1. c:\users\<user_name>\appdata\roaming\adobe\common\team projects local hub
  2. c:\users\<user_name>\appdata\roaming\adobe\common\team projects cache

 

please rename these folders or move them safely other locations. please remember save these folders , may request these folders can investigate in more details.

 

now if plan rename these folders go ahead , open team project , see if unblocks you.

 

but if plan save folders other location, please remember delete these original location mentioned above , go ahead opening team project , let me know if unblocks you.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
