Refund. error compiling movie. unknown error.

i refund account please hoovey1969@yahoo.com both adobe premiere elements 14 , adobe premiere elements 15.

 

over year ago, purchased bundle adobe premiere elements 14 , adobe photoshop elements 14.  have been adobe since release 4.

 

unfortunately, adobe premiere elements 14 never export video.   had recovered system after crash , started on in environment setup.  gave after searching online , trying different ideas , went using adobe premeire elements 11 without issue.   see "red" in preview, , "error compiling movie. unknown error." whenever project.

 

i have been having issues adobe premiere elements 11 imported videos coming in 1440 x 1080 size , somem coming in 1920x1080 , having manually resize them all.  pain started looking @ other options today, cyberlink powerdirector, corel videostudio x9 both trial options.   @ end of day, decided used adobe, , went ahead , purcahsed adobe premiere elements 15.  after all, other people out there "error compling movie. unknown error." surely fixed in latest release.   well, not.

 

please refund credit card full , give me call when items working. if you'd me send video segment fails "error compiling movie. unknown error." let me know.  i'd happy send software team.

 

photoshop works great, thank you.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
