Magazine design - Text variables for next month...

hi there,

 

i'm magazine designer, , i've moved company had cms , month , year in folios automatically updated. i've moved smaller company , hoping can set same system, don't have edit month every time. i've found way create current month text variables>define>new>type: modification date i'm looking ways forward date month.

 

the code used used work <%+1m><%m> <%y> give next month , year.  (i.e.. december 2016)

(using cs4 , cms)

 

and can current month mmmm yyy (ie. november 2016)

(using cc , no cms)

 

is there capability achieve in indesign alone?
