Help? Error 204: Can't download Creative Cloud Desktop App (PC)

i haven't been able install of 2017 cc updates , have got problems 2015.5 programs.

none of 2017 updates download properly. have uninstalled adobe apps, including creative cloud, have run cc cleaner, , have rebooted. can't reinstall creative cloud , error 204 - can't access critical file. have turned firewall off no difference. have lost whole day's work (and pay!!!) trying fix issue on 2 machines. adobe should ashamed doesn't work straight off. both pcs less 6 months old , running windows 10.

why won't pc download new apps?

run administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 assign full windows permissions may help... says encore, required adobe programs (this not same using administrator account)

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
