Getting error when opening pdf

hello,

i have multiple .pdf files large aerospace company. each of files contains 3d images of parts need quote. every 1 open has error @ bottom (in red):

"warning: adobe not setup correctly. failure correct result in missing information. reference"

it appears error incomplete since word "reference" not have period after it. can't find information on error.

it sure nice know if there information missing.

any appreciated.

could please try pdf , see if getting same error.

assuming have acrobat reader dc installed on machine, version of reader installed on machine?

launch acrobat reader>help menu>about adobe acrobat reader dc.

which operating system have on machine-windows/mac?
