CC 2017 and colour options now basic

i upgraded photoshop cc 2017 , color options became basic.

 

 

that created when tried edit foreground color. it's missing many functionalities. can do?

is when try change color of brush or foreground color clicking on swatch in tool bar, or when try , access color through filter or color picker render trees filter? have tried resetting preferences?
