Adobe Premiere 2015 & Audition 2015 and Mac OS 10.12.2 Install

i wonder if can advise on possible solution?

 

i have macbook pro on os sierra 10.12.2, when trying install premier cc 2015 , auditions cc 2015 install file get  error 'installer failed initialize'

 

i have looked through forum answer , found- double click on install file 'show package contents'> contents>macos>press install file goes through setup asking passwords etc gives error message saying 'installer encountered error' advising restart computer, stop anti virus etc, have done, still same error after trying again.

 

please can help?

p.s. thank installing photoshop cc 2015. though try above programs i'm getting same errors!

start @ top , work way down applying applicable fixes until problem resolved.

if, error is:

 

"installer failed initialize. file not found." or "installer failed initialize. due missing files."

first, rename oobe folder oobe.old.

 

to find oobe:

64 bit win os: program files x86\common files\adobe\oobe

32 bit win os: program files \common files\adobe\oobe

 

mac os: hd>library>application support>adobe>caps

mac os: user>library>application support>adobe>oob

 

if fails or isn't exact error see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) , reinstall.

 

if you're using dvd install:

copy disc contents desktop directory , install directory.

 

if you're using mac:

1. try create new user account in mac administrator priviledges.

2. login new user, navigate mac hd> application> utilities> adobe installer folder, locate products adobe reader, adobe flash, adobe air , un-install them

3. navigate user library> application support> adobe , move adobe trash.

4. navigate mac hd> library> application support> adobe , move adobe trash.

5. start installation again.
