Adobe Muse 2017 not syncing with In Browser Editing


hi, i'm having new problem adobe muse 2017 not syncing in browser editing.

 

my client may changes site , when open site in adobe muse there no dialog box directing me t accept deny changes, therefore muse file have outdated , i'd have manually make of changes did in in browser editing , cannot work way.

 

is there fix problem? adobemuse2017 adobemusesupport adobemusecc #adobemusecustomersupport adobemuse myra ferguson adobe customer service

 

 

hello,

 

please make sure logged business catalyst account in muse - go "edit > preferences > publish account".

 

after that, can try syncing web version manually going "file > sync web version"
