Team Projects Connection Lost

i have been working on team project in after effects since last week. yesterday file stopped giving me option share changes. have not closed file, fear of losing work, , had been able render out fine - not able save/share changes.
in team project settings says disconnected team projects. how reconnect?

there might different reasons of behavior.

1. you got disconnected internet. sure might have verified this. if not, 1 of reasons.
2. if case not internet, there might case owner (user created team project) of team project has removed team project. if not owner of team project, have contact owner , resolve issue him/her can collaborate on team project. check if have been removed team project, need check icon @ bottom left of team project panel. , check tool tip. should this.
   
3. another reason owner has archived team project. again have contact owner.
4. if of reasons mentioned above not apply here, might have got issue at.

 

i again request check icon , tool tip @ bottom left of team project panel. if above tool tip not there, have this.

 

 

if case, don't know if team project has been archived or have got other issue. 1 workaround quit application , make sure process name "team project local hub" killed. if not terminate within couple of seconds, please forcefully terminate it. relaunch application , open same team project , see if still have issue.

 

also please tell if able create new team project?

1. /users/<user_name>/library/preferences/adobe/team projects local hub/1.0/logs/

windows:

1. c:\users\<user_name>\appdata\roaming\adobe\team projects local hub\1.0\logs\
