Publish to Devices - error



hi after publishing devices using zip file option. each time launch index_scorm file receive error message states

 

'message webpage....an error has occurred: error - unable acquire lms api, content may not play , results may not recorded. please contact technical support.

 

press 'ok' view debug information send technical support.'

 

when click ok pop window disappears , blank pop-up window file location appears. not sure why these 2 windows popping there need check off in back-end of settings?

 

thank in advance help.

did upload lms or scorm cloud when testing? sco obnect not

run locally.
