Premiere pro mpg import error (dimesion sizes wrong)

steps reproduce bug:

2. link media able see it.
3. after linking media notice properties wrong, imported 540x480 instead of 720x480
results:
the file imports wrong dimensions , no setting change correct it: sequence settings, project settings, etc. @ rendering time, of course, renders wrong sizes.
how imported not matter: drag , drop timeline or project panel, drag , drop timeline, or file>import..
this occurs every time these mpg's. not work in cc work in cs6 if mainconcept's rovi totalcode installed. i've tried in versions of cc.

please let me know troubleshooting steps can take try , @ least workaround problem. don't want have both cs6 , cc installed, , rovi totalcode trial has watermark i'd figure out before run out of options. have more 100 video clips need import , edit. i've submitted bug adobe hoping solution in meantime.
