I renewes my plan but still have problem
yesterday got in touch customer service, chat, explaned problem ( have been renewed student plan) name suraj
and said that: when email, means problem solved. got email when iam opening creative cloud apps shows try or start trail.
and money payed in 09/11/2016. in account iam trying see plan today changed creative cloud free membership!!
and cannot contact chat wright now.. shall !

contact support - link below click still need help? option in blue area @ bottom , choose chat or phone option...
make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache. if fails connect try using different browser.
