Exporting PDF to a Smaller Size

hello,

my question exporting pdfs indesign.  have created multi-page document in indesign needs exported pdf.  can't use print pdf command because includes hyperlinks must work when pdf viewed online.  pdf needs smaller size original (i made big).  extremely time consuming re-scale whole document includes many text styles, guides, master pages, etc.  when go export, there no option page size there in print pdf.  how can use export command make pdf smaller page size can keep hyperlinks?  there way edit job options create custom job option smaller page size?

you can not change page size export nor need to. on screen viewing makes no difference. change view settings in acrobat.
