Can't instal any adobe product

hello everyone.

i reinstal windows7 in computer. downloaded creativecloud, sign in it, cant'd download of products have(photoshop, illustrator, lightroom).

it says : installation failed. learn more link shows me:

more information, take me here: error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing

i read this, instal update, restarted pc several times, still can't install anything.  so, windows brand new, it's date, still can't instal anything. i'm mad hell, please me.

please follow the  below mentioned steps :

 

uninstall adobe creative cloud app.

 

uninstall adobe creative cloud desktop application

 

disable firewall temporarily.

 

step 1 :

open c:drive , navigate c:\program files (x86)\ " common files" \adobe.

open adobe folder , delete folders named adobe application manager , oobe.

 

step 2:

 

navigate c:\program files (x86)\adobe.

open adobe folder , if present delete adobe creative cloud folder. [**important]

unable delete??? rename adobe creative cloud-old.

step 3 :

 

press windows button (located between ctrl , alt buttons) along r button @ time , run command window.

type in below command , hit 'enter' key.

appdata

then navigate local>adobe.

open adobe folder , delete folders named aamupdater , oobe.

 

step 4 :

"" make sure adobe creative cloud not listed under control panel > program , features list. ""

click on below link , download adobe application manager , install same :

once installation process completed, locate adobe application manager launch icon on desktop , double click on .

it start update process.

once completed, should launch creative cloud app.

re: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll ...cannot install apps!
