Artboard Turns Soild White When Opening an Image

is else having issue artboard turning solid white when opening new document? have repeated issue happening when opening new image file , started happening when applying filters image.... artboard goes white. among @ least 4 or 5 other issues ps cc. dosen't matter how many times update app or reinstall keep happening on , over. thought imac had more enough power not have issues screen while using ps. have 4gb graphics card. never have issues ps crashing when using 3d or when editing videos in premier. don't think computer wrong. need this. professional creative use ps daily... hourly... , major bump in daily workflow sure can imagine , have experienced. adobe support has been no far relying on gurus out there! in advance!   attached screen shots of ps issue , imac stats..

forgive me if support has run through have you:

- tried deleting prefs (launch photoshop , hold down cmd-opt-shift)

- turning off gpu (in performance section of preferences)

if haven't please try these steps. if have please reply , let me know.
