Semi unique web gallery task questions

before actual questions feel need give background.

 

the company work used older mac old , outdated version of photoshop process specific web pages company web site. process allowed take our product images, using template, , create web pages products. process worked this

 

in photoshop, use file>automate>web photo gallery. set style template web pages, choose source folder  (images) , destination folder (outcome our web pages) when run process, photoshop take our images , create index.htm page links x number of product pages (if there 10 image files in source folder, 10 htm files product names plus index file) template used (this key) .htm file use file name of image populate information images product. (so if image cake.jpg, product page cake, , data gathered on page our database cake, of imbedded in source template.)

 

so know background story, let me elaborate bit on have far questions. first off, our old mac has died , not have access our older formatting , process making these required pages. second, having problem discovering solution replacing process modern application.

 

so questions these

1. application has capability making web gallery pages identical ones made?

2. process compatible applications under creativecloud mantle?

3. how can use same template file have been using (a simple .htm file) generate these pages?

 

essentially need able use current existing "template" file generate these additional pages. updates our web server once in blue moon, relied heavily upon older mac processed us. in light of recent funeral had mac, need find suitable, possibly modern method achieving this.

adobe removed web photo gallery photoshop quite time ago. last version of photoshop able install adobe web photo gallery in windows perpetual version cs6.  not function in subscription versions if photoshop. not  plug-in on mac.  cs6 on mac 64bit , old adobe plug-in on mac 32bit plug-in only.  want use old templates  need use old version of photoshop.

 

some adobe products can generate web photo galleries not e able use old photoshop web photo gallery templates.  adobe bridge , lightroom can create web galleries example not using photoshop's old web photo gallery templates.

 

with different size web devices users use these days may time company develop modern web photo gallery.  should research available in market place these days or contract web developer.
