Lightroom for iPhone does not sync DNG files back to desktop

there lots of similar comments in forums, none solves issue (after severals days of searching):

 

i have new installation of lightroom mobile on iphone 7 plus, , decided use camera function take dng pictures @ event hosting. last sunday, 5 days ago, , still not single dng image synced. lightroom mobile still tells me 68 images pending.

 

on other hand, lightroom cc on desktop syncs iphone, syncing works in general.

 

in order explore roads, tried syncing new jpg files imported lr mobile camera roll, stuck - it's if dng pictures took out of lrm blocking queue , nothing gets past now. (previously, jpg images , dng images had taken obscura camera app on iphone synced lr cc, after had imported them lrm camera roll. won't work now.)

 

i double-checked adobe photoshop lightroom online access: collections created on iphone few minutes ago , filled new jpg images camera roll, displayed there, folders. have created collection put dng files, make sure. collection shown, number of images should in there, displayed placeholders cloud symbol , little flash.

 

collection folders synced lr cc on desktop, remain empty.

 

editing individual dng files on lrm , force-syncing not trigger syncing either.

 

as far can see it's after had taken dng photos directly in lightroom syncing stalled.

 

any ideas else try?

 

here's setup:

• iphone 7 plus ios 10.1.1 (and 100 gb free storage space)
• photos shot lightroom mobile v2.5.2 dng files
• trying sync adobe photoshop lightroom cc 2015.7 on macos sierra (10.12.1)
• iphone connected wifi , via usb.
• lightroom iphone clean install, , it's running under creative cloud photography subscription
• syncing enabled on lr cc

when happens me because there hiccup in phone's internet connection. way syncing unstuck kill iphone app (double tap home button , swipe lightroom mobile window) , restart lr mobile. if have wifi connection should start syncing again.
