Dreamweaver/WordPress

i high school librarian.  8 years ago, created library website using dreamweaver.  @ time, our school used dreamweaver , site uploaded onto district's server.  4 years ago, school migrated district's site wordpress. still able load changes new site.  (changes saved flashdrive , webmaster loaded changes onto district's site).  recently, received e-mail stating have redesign webpage (over 500 links) using google.  reason given, "wordpress has ability flag site because static html file type used maliciously.  told disappear june."   i  updated dreamweaver cs4 new cloud version dreamweaver cc thinking cure static html problem.   after converting files, asked webmaster load new files.  pages work, however, said not cure static html problem.  there literature written this?  insight appreciated not wish reinvent wheel designing new web site using google!

firstly, above statement makes no sense. javascript, java , activex can used maliciously, simple static html innocent newborn babe.

 

wordpress websites not static html. php.

 

tell more issue , try sort out.
