Documents showing as published on dashboard, but can't open any.

hi all,

earlier last week, , yesterday published document online , well.  sent links others view - of whom able so.

 

today, when link clicked, shows page can't found

i've check in dashboard - , under publication seem there, , analytics show people have been reading it... doing wrong can't accessed or found today?

 

i've closed indesign , reopened, i've logged in , out of adobe id, i've restart computer, , tried uploading new document, works per usual , link provided... choose 'view document' or click link - shows 'document not found' messaging again.

 

i'm on same internet connection, same computer, same log in, same everything.  seems bizarre.
