Stacking Layers, Align nor Blend Working

am 1 having problem or noticed alignng layers facility not work anymore?

pretty disgusting adobe has made upgrade without checking basics still working. use facility noise averaging frequently, , having resort manual alignment supposed 1 of best photo editors in world cant basic of exercises.

 

i want automation of aligning 6 layers of stars correct , comes random alignment that's not correct.

any particular photoshop version.  sure know do. have problems scripts in cc 2017 not running correctly adding things library though  never created library. cc 2017 seems have added  scripting bug. however, load layer stack  seems align panorama images , layers auto-blend layers seems work well.  when time bet better handle on scripting bug added file bug report. if clost library palette scripts work.  however, can not seem delete stuff put library created. able delete template put in library action failed works ih librart palette not closed.....

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
