Purchase of Creative Cloud apps - problem in installing them

today purchase creative cloud apps membership - annual plan paid monthly. since time made purchase billing history not referring payment. after download creative cloud app , applications in free trial status. when able download them correctly , not in trial mode...and sterps have follow. doing first time...please appreciated.thank in advance
