Many questions from a new user

i have been using "unofficial" version of photoshop cc i've realised life simpler membership , have started subscription.

several problems:

1. color management. despite setting up, correctly think, getting terrible colors ( grubby greenish cast)  epson sc p800 on macbook pro (2009) + el capitan.

the eizo monitor calibrated , i'm using hahnemuhle paper profiles. printing using photoshop mode disaster although when  using epson printing mode reasonable print.  needless prefer use photoshop.

2. when go fullscreen mode image goes red , on occasion whole window seems reddish until move around or reastart whole process.

please refer link improve color prints photoshop  , follow instructions ensure printer correctly color managed photoshop.

please make sure graphics card drivers date manufacturer's website.if updated post screenshot o of reddish window.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...

PDFMaker Office COM Addin will not stay enabled

windows 10 ent 64-bit, acrobat xi pro (11.0.18), office 2013. user reported loss of "save pdf" functionality in word. checked com addins , "adobe pdfmaker office com addin" unchecked. checked it, closed word, re-opened word, found unchecked again. ran word local administrator , box remained checked (or unchecked) across numerous changes in state & restarts. per numerous pages i've tried following:   applied latest updates & ran repair installs on office & acrobat confirmed hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\office\word\addins\pdfmaker.officeaddin loadbehavior set 3 checked file system permissions on pdfmaker directory. found them lacking added domain users read permission. run regsvr32 re-register relevant dll's removed & re-added com addin as noted, not issue if user local admin. thoughts on how enabled addin persist after closing word? thanks hi sherpa,   it seems loadbehaviour of addin has been altered in hkey_current_user hive , enab...
