hyperlink field shifted

hello:

 

i have strange issue website building using adobe muse. have published here: (home)

on business catalyst.

 

the issue having mouse on links 'our programs' , 'make donation'

 

when in initial position, hyperlink fields cover entire text. when scroll down , parallax effect implemented, rollover area shifts or minimizes significantly.

 

any ideas why happeneing , can change within muse or need go dw fix?

you have items moving on top of links... still there under other junk

i first try adding new top layer menu sits above else
