Problem about automatic adjust document when enlarging or reducing the screen size

my adobe reader has updated adobe dc notice problem view of document not automatic adjust document when enlarge or reduce screen size pulling edge of screen in laptop.  shows black empty screen when enlarged shown in attached image or hides scrolling bar when diminished size.

 

however, try on other computer can automatically adjusted previous adobe reader.  quite inconvenient when want view 2 or more documents @ same time.

 

is there setting has caused problem?

try restoring preferences reader , see if works:

close reader dc.

(ii) go c:\users\your username\appdata\roaming\adobe\acrobat\dc, 

(iii) move entire dc folder other location temp folder.

     view temp folder, press , hold windows key , press r on keyboard, type temp in run dialogue box press enter.

       if app data folder not visible under user name , type %appdata% in run dialogue box , hit enter

(iv) restart adobe reader.

 

could confirm version of reader installed on computer?

to check version of acrobat reader dc, launch reader dc>navigate menu>select adobe acrobat reader dc.
