Printing issues

i have latest adobe reader dc installed on windows 10 64bit pro pc system.

 

we can open pdf's fine , read pdf.

 

of late seem having issues printing documents.  or other reason parts of documents printed black lines instead of letters , numbers.

you can print fine using "print image"

this not solution problem work around.

 

i have:

1. re installed adobe dc

2. re installed printer drivers

3. played fonts in adobe

4. rebooted number of times

 

not pc's on network have issue have different client same issue.

 

please help.

could please confirm dot version of  adobe reader installed on system.

please make sure application updated latest patch released.

is issue particular pdf?
