Render video with transparent background

what can use instead of quicktime codec render video transparent background in photoshop? since have uninstalled quicktime because of security alerts , recommendations of security communities not available on windows computer. there else can do? if solution?

as far know photoshop cs6 , newer installers install subset of adobe media encoder , presets can use photoshop.   can not add additional preset photoshop's subset of adobe media encoder. none of supplied preset support tranaparency far can see.
