Premiere CC 2015 audio sample rate issue on BM DeckLink card

hi all!

i use bm decklink studio 4k (desktopvideo 10.8.2) on hp z440 win7(x64) , adobe premiere cc 2015.

i have 10 hp z stations little differences , issue present on of them.

the problem: when play audio\video thru soft players (winmedia, vlc, qtplayer, etc) audio out setting set play on decklink , works , sounds good. no matter material play 44khz or 48khz.

but when try play file 44khz audio in premiere "source monitor", play defective sound. not clear, don't know how tell...

but if convert audio track 48khz, "source monitor" play perfect audio.

in premiere properties audio output set decklink , sample rate locked 48000hz cant changed.

ive found in windows device properties, decklink card have locked (its gray) setting of sample rate, "dvd quality" means 48khz know. dont sure if matters...

i tried use premiere versions cc, cc 2014, cc 2015 , desktopvideo drivers 10.3 - 10.8.2 no luck.

i attached link little wav file single tone (4khz guess) , saved sample rate 44khz. can try play , may me , sad can sound in premiere decklink card?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
