Not sending a final agreement

is there way prevent final agreement being sent parties? have document needs filled in , signed several people each month. however, i'm 1 needs keep final document. there way prevent final signed document being sent other parties need delete anyway?

i see hold adobe sign individual account. please informed through backend tool if disable notification email final signed copy same disabled also, able received final signed copy adobe sign account under manage tab.

 

however, if upgrade business or enterprise service level able disable signed copy notification email signers.
