Lines keep splitting into smaller lines

i trying create stick figure animation in animate cc , using line tool create stick figures. seems whenever rotate limb, limb break smaller parts. i'll moving thigh , thigh break in half on own. i'm not sure if it's due free transform tool or if there's setting causes happen. ideas?
