How to remove offset path

i creating low polygon piece. adjusted path (object>path>offsetpath) 0.1mm remove lines between shapes has caused shapes move out of postion, or @ least not correct i.e triangles should meet , not overlap. cant press undo have saved , quit program , have no previous versions. there way undo offset path?

how deleting offset path? should still have original (unless have deleted it).

 

or may use reverse offset (a minus in front of (same) distance).
