How to activate CS3 on DOS windows 10

have chatted 3 tech support reps, cut off 2 , 3rd said did not support cs3. purchased cs3 program discs time ago , have been using program years. bought new computer , tried activate software error msg said serial no. no good. serial no. came disc box. illustrator activation screens include cs3 option. need help!!!

but in end wonder whether cs3 can run straight under win 10. if not, may try install , run in xp mode (which installed virtual machine within 10).
