How do I get Adobe to fix the bounding box bug in Illustrator?

i can't remember when started happening, i'd estimate it's been @ least 5 years.

 

periodically bounding box appears around selected items stick on no longer selected. work around i've found select object bounding box mistakenly stuck to, hide it, make new object, delete unhide all. not huge deal it's amazing me has been going on long. updated 21.0.0 , it's still happening.

 

can taken care of. crazy?

if file bug report, adobe aware of issue. can't fix don't know problem. issue not affecting many people. it's due unique circumstances on end, should provide them detail possibly can in bug report. screen recordings of issue happening great! also, tell them system hardware, software, os, how reproduce issue, etc.

 

also, i'm going moderator move thread out of general, all-of-adobe forum lounge illustrator forum in case others experiencing same problem , can share they've tried fix it.
