Creating scaled pdf drawing from A1 to A3 with full bleed (no margin) Windows

this first post here (yeah)!

 

i'd ask if has idea of how create full bleed a3 drawings in acrobat a1 scaled (e.g. 1:500 plan drawing) pdf file windows?

 

the printer in office can print a3 , more economical not supposed print bigger a3 plotter unless it's formal submission. therefore have divide a1 drawings a3s , stitch them a1.

 

my colleague has shown me how on acrobat pro on mac , there option can create new layout setting on margin wants; whereas don't have option on windows (i'm not sure if mac/windows reason this).

 

i'm left have cut drawing in autocad 4 pieces create these a3 drawings every time. waste of time.

 

does have idea?
