Converting multiple phone numbers to hyperlinks/URL in InDesign all at once

i have book contains on 2,500 phone numbers update twice year in indesign , export pdf. discovered way recipients of pdf save ibooks app have ability access mobile devices (iphones, part), can click on particular phone number , have device automatically dial out number. since there many numbers provided in book, there easy way convert/program of numbers same function - call when clicked - in 1 fell swoop, instead of converting each individual phone number hyperlink?  there has code or script accomplish - can please help? thanks!

the hard part identifying phone numbers. criteria? distinguishes phone numbers from, say, isbn numbers or other numbers? once can find numbers need script create hyperlinks, that's simple.
