Adobe Bridge Cache error message

first own bridge program not creative cloud/

two issues need with.

1. after update latest mac software bridge not recognize camera anymore.  there way brige working without having buy new , if please give specific details , steps.

 

2. , pressing, went open folder filled photos had uploaded color corrections.  in bridge see half of photos not in folder.  when click on folder prompt box comes , says need purged central cache folder.  when went purge  cache spins hours , says building criteria.  have work needs done , need fixed asap!!

could please quit bridge, navigate following location , delete content cache folder :-

 

  • mac os: /users/[user name]/library/caches/adobe/bridge [version number]/cache/full
  • windows: /documents , settings/[user name]/application data/adobe/bridge [version number]/cache/full

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...

After Effects cc 2015 can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup after installing OS El Capitan

hi guys   i had update os magic keyboard 2 work reason error after effects. all other cc 2015 programs still work fine.   error "after effects cc 2015 can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup".   what easiest way fix it? have urgent deadlines need sorted.   thanks lot if upgraded mac os, it's have permissions problems. find library folder , adobe folder in there. set folder , of contained folders read/write. alternatively, rename adobeold or something. happen ae recreate folder proper permissions when launch ae again.   if that's not issue (and if is) should consider installing cc 2015.3 release or cc 2017 release of after effects , see how work you. has been improved initial cc 2015 release.
