Same file: copied, packaged or updated and yet I have different colours.

i'm having issue indesign cannot fathom. apologise if blazingly obvious, don't use indesign full time , i'm self-taught.

i seem having issues colours on files. files should same either copies of original file, use same template or package, happening files , blue looking, , printing, more turquoise.

i created file design roller banner our business @ recent roadshow. when happy packaged files send printers. when printed colour not expected. blue more turquoise , not @ expected.

so, reviewed computer first rather blame printer (which first point people try make). this, noticed on recent files preview colours off , blue horrific turquoise. yet had made no changes other name of file.

however, when open files same; i'd never have noticed when working on them.

in file preview top line, files 1, 3 , 6 correct colour.

originally thinking packaging file @ fault tried save file new name ' file> save as', , same issue occurring. can see file previews attempts @ working out issue.

this wasn't issue i'd faced before , of our prints have looked ok. new issue has me caving in internally panicking future document , files not correct.

now happening on more 1 document confused happening. opening more , more documents find turquoise has taken over, frustrating me now. cannot see issue when working on file or exporting pdf, however, it’s apparent on banner that’s been printed, , recent files preview.

any appreciated?

was artwork in files 1&2 created in indesign or has been imported application? color space of blue? blue process or spot color? there transparent object on pages? use flattener preview panel check transparency because may not see in regular preview.
