HELP! [Could not find any capable video play modules]

my graphics card amd radeon r9 m370x , error premiere pro

 

"could not find capable video play modules. please update video display drivers , start again"

 

i can't open premiere @ all.  posted in thread wanted start new 1 in case else getting error.

2nd, dual video problems - have dual graphics adapters?

go windows control panel , select hardware , sound , select device manager... in device manager click + sign left of display adapters... , see if 2 listed
