encode at ½ or ¼ resolution ?

am missing something, can't see way make preset encodes @ half resolution regardless of source resolution.

i have massive number of clips need @ half , @ quarter res , they're different sizes.

doing manually insane. it'll quicker in after effects because @ least can script teh setup there.

 

any ideas ?

currently, ame allows matching source full resolution.

to file feature request feature request/bug report form

since mention scripting, might want check out premiere pro scripting. 'encodefile' method. if created number of different presets different resolutions matching possible fractional resolution in output can use encodefile drive ame via panel in premiere pro.
