CS3 will not reinstall on Windows 10


i've been running photoshop cs3 our creative suite on machine on 5 years. on year has been working fine on windows 10. last week when tried open got following error message - licensing product has stopped working. after many annoying , difficult online chats adobe care , having tried number of solutions, told have uninstall , reinstall. pointed out have read many people have tried same solution have come across problem unable reinstall other acrobat................and has happened me. have read many discussions on here same issue , none of seem have been resolved. lots of frustrated customers feeling adobe's solution purchase new software them. relatively small company , don't have budget new software @ stage, want software has been paid , usable our needs work has without hitch past 10 years.

owners of cs6 (and earlier) have problems windows 10... none of adobe's fault... adobe did not change old program make stop working... microsoft changed operating system , why old program won't work, not because of adobe did

 

also... every time microsoft issues win10 update, there risk old program has been working after initial win10 upgrade stop working... bottom line, old programs require matching old operating system

 

an idea may work install and/or run old programs in windows 10... works some, not others

-right click program icon or exe , select compatibility mode in pop option window

-or run administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 assign full windows permissions may help... says encore, required adobe programs (this not same using administrator account)
