Contact Support via Email: Dissatisfied with Customer Support & Membership
i have contacted customer support cancelling membership. gist of membership renewed without approval , haven’t received email them in on year.
the support person chatted (a) unhelpful , (b) rude. online chat slow , tedious.
i need contact adobe via email advise them dissatisfied, , have taken steps cancel membership. contact consumer affairs, or whatever government service deals customer ripoffs. want know whether have attempted contact adobe, nigh impossible.
i have tried asking question using chat, have wait that:
obviously strange usage of word “shortly” unaware of.
does know how send email right people?
there no email address customer complaints. think there form of twitter or facebook or such available publicizing grievances not have specifics of it. try searching these forums it.
adobe not hide subscriptions automatically renew, not seek approval so. if read eula see detail of that, without reading explained in pre-sales literature. keep track of subscription , end when intend.
