Changing Aspect Ratio After Completing Project

hi - i'm having issue video after exporting youtube using a  fv4 file. video has black borders , can't seem fix issue post production. after reviewing project in premiere elements realized first video imported project assets had qt codec without 16:9 ratio. locked presets , changed format subsequent videos in project assets. majority of footage used came gopro, of file compressed down different aspect ratio instead of using dsr (1920 x 1080).

 

since put lot of time (months) making project there anyway to: 1) change aspect ratio files match 16:9? (interpret footage doesn't seem work)  2) copy clips new project can start new editing preset , correct aspect ratio?

 

sorry, if i'm not entirely clear. i'm learning video editing on fly. i'm editing in premiere elements 12 on mac. please let me know if additional information needed.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
