Reactivating recently cancelled membership to download on new Computer


i cancelled creative cloud membership after paid year long subscription in september 2016. gave me message have subscription until september 2017. problem i've made switch pc mac , needing reinstall photoshop , indesign onto new computer. tried clicking on restart option under plans tab nothing happens. there way can re-download these programs out having buy new license since i've paid one? please help!
