hi there,

i'm sorry ran trouble this. fonts licensed web use can added kit , used on website; fonts licensed sync use can synced computer use in desktop programs.

here tutorials on each started.

* syncing font desktop:

https://helpx.adobe.com/typekit/using/sync-fonts-desktop.html

* adding font website:

https://helpx.adobe.com/typekit/using/add-fonts-website.html

> have price of say... $199

if font has price next it, means isn't included in typekit subscription; it's part of typekit marketplace. typekit marketplace collection of fonts can purchase , add typekit account make available use web , sync use.

the "my library" tab on typekit.com/fonts show fonts included in current typekit subscription. may use of fonts without paying additional.

i hope helps; let me know if have other questions. best,

-- liz
