Video Compression?
i created 11-minute video of parade, in adobe premiere elements 15 (this first time using it), dropping in short video clips nikon digital; camera , editing, rearranging, etc. exported finished video mp4 format, , wound 574 megabyte file 11 minutes of video! online tells me can compress output file reduce file size, doesn't how that?
where can find step step guide on how compress video more sane file size? not can this, how ro it!
i found in online once start project, won't let change settings. hope doesn't apply here; took me hours cut 35 minutes of raw video down 11 minute finished project. don't want have redo whole project able export smaller file size; ought possible define how want compress finished project before export mp4. or maybe compress mp4 output saved?

thank help.
full hd 1920x1080 says in manual canon approx. 330 mb/min. mov file type container , h264 compression. video compressed, using keyframes in between i.e. full image described , x number of differenced frames in between representing changes in image.
i read project settings cannot changed later, export settings can. project pick settings first film clip add, @ various settings conversions project while working - before editing.
from manual:
"if specify lower-quality settings output (such streaming web video), not change project settings. change export settings instead."
what can affect bitrate megabit per second , determin quality, remember lossy compression , less file size inflict on how appear. think way pixelated youtube video ever saw.
but presets bit.
remember old dvd recorder had 4 levels of compression - refer mpeg2 understand, , different bitrates. highest quality take 1 hour video on 4.7gb dvd, normal quality 2 hours, long play(lp) 3 hours , lowest 4 hours looked vhs more or less. lp looked decent.
mpeg4 though, take less space decent looks, close half size recall working ip-camera systems. h264 10-20% less space mpeg4.
