My key no longer works (Acrobat XI Pro)

hi,

i bought adobe acrobat xi pro on may 2014, have key works until few days.

now, can't use anymore adobe (i can't combine pdf or save in reduced size, or some..).

it asks me buy acrobat dc or licence it, key.

but when enter key (the 1 of xi pro), doesn't works.

i don't want buy adobe, have 1 !
