Error message: "This serial number is not for a qualifying product"

i bought full version of photoshop along lightroom special.

i've used them both years. upgraded computer , can't download/activate cs5. error message saus it's upgrade , need earlier version. not so. how activate cs5??? have serial number, doesn't work.

as understand it, have photoshop cs5 , you've entered cs5 serial number.

 

that has been accepted installer asking enter serial number earlier qualifying product.

 

if that's case, cs5 serial number upgrade number. why think not?
